About Sharisse M. Alexander

Sharisse M. Alexander is a writer and educator whose work has been featured in publications such as Lifeway (YOU), QCityMetro.com, and Gospel Today magazine. She is the author of In His Presence and has taught middle school English for eleven years. She also served as a teacher advisor for Scholastic Action magazine.

A proud honors graduate of Hampton University, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Wingate University. Sharisse is passionate about helping youth reach their full potential.
